Residential and Commercial Facilities

The Security Officers are responsible for monitoring the entire site and addressing all incidents and emergencies. Security Officers improve the safety and safeguard the commercial value of the complex. As part of his/her day to day duties, Security Officers can be expected to do the following:
•    Conduct security patrols.
•    CCTV monitoring.
•    Theft prevention.
•    Provide help and assistance to guests.
•    Conduct car park patrols.
•    Provide first aid and per perform fire safety duties.
•    Conflict management and conflict resolution.
•    Liaise with the police.
