Shopping Malls and Retail

The Security Officers are responsible for monitoring the entire shopping mall and addressing all emergencies. Security Officers improve the safety provided to the mall visitors and also safeguard the commercial value of the asset. They also ensure that the customers and visitors use the facilities safely. As part of his/her day to day duties Security Officers can be expected to do the following:
•    Security patrols.
•    CCTV Monitoring.
•    Theft prevention.
•    Help and assistance to shoppers.
•    First aid and fire safety.
•    Assisting with lost children.
•    Dealing with rowdy teenagers.
•    Crowd management.
•    Conflict management & conflict resolution.
•    Civil arrest procedures and police liaison.
